Ingredients For Cashew Apple Cake Recipe
4 eggs
1 large apple (red)
1 cup raw cashew
2 tablespoons carob powder
1 turkish coffee cup of oil
1 cup of granulated sugar 1 finger less than 1 water glass (200 ml glass)
1. 5 cups flour (200 ml glass)
1.5 tsp baking powder
How to Make Cashew Apple Cake Recipe?
Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
Peel the peel of the apple and cut it into cubes.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, carob powder and baking powder and mix them.
Grind 1 cup raw (unroasted) cashew coarsely (you can get the same result by dividing it into several pieces with a knife)
Sift the sifted flour mixture again and add it to the beaten eggs, then add the chopped apple and coarsely ground cashews and mix.
After pouring the mixture into the greased mold, bake in a preheated 150 or 160 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
